Overview:
This design is for an interactive, web-based training course. The course is part of a series of game-themed modules for an open enrollment period curriculum. These modules train customer service representatives on various aspects of helping consumers with open enrollment.
I worked with internal clients who wished to see a game inspired by The Oregon Trail.
